I would like to nominate Jennifer Eid-Ammons for the "Art of Nursing Heart Award" for her exemplary service to Providence and the Mobile Clinic team.

Jennifer has committed a career to supporting those throughout Sonoma County who are uninsured or under-insured. She has played a key role in organizing community health fairs that offer free screenings, vaccinations, and health education. Her efforts have not only raised health awareness to a vulnerable population but have also empowered individuals to take proactive steps in managing their health.

Jennifer’s dedication extends beyond her professional duties. She volunteers her time to mentor new nurses and students interested in community health, sharing her knowledge and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
