Great video, very moving. This is a great way to connect with those who may feel a nursing education is beyond their reach. I have not thought about the lack of diverse nurses from the perspective of culture and family beliefs about nursing. Thank you for broadening my perspective.

Thank you for this video - it is excellent - we will be using it in our nursing program. We have a 30% plus minortities in our program -  
 
We will also be using ti with our pre-nursing students. also with high school students in developing interst in nursing

I enjoyed your video. Unfortunately it did not address the diversity issues of age. I have experienced several examples of age discrimination in my search for a "real" careeer as an adult student. Nursing has been somewhat different but I still encounter some funny looks when I ask whether an employer hires "new grads" as I am just now completing my BSN. With the current business and health care climate, ageism is definitely something that needs to be seen and addressed.
