Don't Let Bullying Affect Your Life

As we all know, bullying is not acceptable... anywhere. However, it happens at schools, places of employment, within families, friendships, social media, etc. If you are a target experiencing this bad behavior, these tips should help you deal with a workplace bully. We’ve also included suggestions on preventing bullying in the workplace. The Workplace Bullying Institute in Washington states “The primary reason bullying occurs so frequently in workplaces is that bullying is not yet illegal. Bullying is four times more common than either sexual harassment or racial discrimination on the job.”
