University Hospital’s Case Medical Center’s Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, known as[UH Rainbow](http://www.uhhospitals.rsvp1.com/rainbow?mgh=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.uhhospitals.org&mglogexit=1&mgf=1), is receiving a $12.8-million grant to implement a Physician Extension Team, which works to improve the healthcare of about 68,000 children on Medicaid with high rates of emergency-room visits.
